Fun Week

It was a busy and fun week. We were out and about much more with Ashton this week because he is now only taking two naps a day. He is getting better rest and Mom and Dad have a little more time between naps and feeding to get things done. Usually that means that we get to play with Ashton for longer amounts of time.

Dog Days of Summer

It is the middle of summer here in Nebraska. The temp. is going to reach over 100 Degrees today. Ashton found an nice hat to keep the hot sun off his head. It is amazing that he will be 10 months old tomorrow. He has begun to find his kid laugh, and hasn't allowed me to video tape it, yet. Ashton's walking continues to improve ( I posted a new walking video on the right). He likes to walk around holding his sippy cup. If you can picture a drunk toddler holding a un-spillable cup, that's what he looks like.

Unexpected Suprise

In an unexpected move, Ashton has decided that it is time to walk. He took his first little steps today. During the morning he was taking two small steps, and by the time Sandra played with him tonight, he was taking 6 steps at a time. There is NO slowing this little guy down.
